Found Time

It was going to be a full day. Church services in the morning, with an Annual Meeting (or half of one, by the time I got to it) following. I was planning on spending the afternoon at the church getting ready for an evening youth group meeting. Which would have meant that an 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. day, which isn't a hardship but for the fact that it's a 13½-hour day.

Maybe it was the Superbowl, but youth group was rescheduled and I headed for home after the annual meeting. With this newfound time, we drove into London to try and find a snowsuit for Rei, again. And again, no luck.

We used a Christmas gift card for some bedsheets and proceeded to Tony Roma's for a sit-down family meal. The house magician made some balloon animals for the kids and we fine-dined before making our way home. It was like finding a $20 bill in your pocket, except it was an afternoon with family. Which is more valuable? If you know me, you know the answer.
