Kai has discovered there are people in this world who will hold him, carry him around and comfort him when troubled. Since this realization, he no longer will drift peacefully off to sleep unassisted and the night-time nursing routine has become that much more complex and lengthy.
Still, I'd rather these sleepless nights than the ones I'll have in 15 years or so.
